Kim Black, agriscience teacher and FFA advisor at Robert E. Aylor Middle School in Frederick County, Va., is a recipient of the Honorary American FFA Degree─Teacher. She says it is important for consumers to understand where their food comes from, so students at her school are introduced to agriculture with a six-week course in agriscience. Grayson Moyer and Megan Grose, co-presidents of the FFA chapter, talk about some of their favorite chapter activities, such as ag mechanics and plant science teams and leadership groups.
