Former FFA member Anthony Lamas is the owner and chef at Seviche Latin Restaurant in Louisville, Ky. He shares some of his special memories of FFA, including winning a showmanship award the first time he showed a steer at the county fair. Today he works closely with local farmers to obtain the freshest ingredients to serve at his restaurant.
