Brothers Dustin and Austin Stanton can trace the beginning of their enterprise back to elementary school, when their uncle bought Dustin six baby chicks. Today Stanton Brothers Eggs has nearly 20,000 laying hens that produce the 400 to 500 dozen eggs the business sells each week. Both Dustin and Austin were members of Missouri’s Centralia FFA Chapter, and in 2014, Dustin was named the National FFA Organization’s American Star in Agribusiness.
This interview aired on the April 23, 2016 “FFA Today” show on Rural Radio SiriusXM Channel 147.
