National FFA CEO Dwight Armstrong talks with Janet Adkison about efforts to recruit more young people into the industry of agriculture, and he explains how FFA helps students develop skills that will prepare them for their future careers. In regard to his upcoming retirement, Dr. Armstrong says, “You never can retire from FFA,” and he vows that he will continue to be an advocate for agriculture, FFA and agricultural education.

Members of the Cody-Kilgore FFA Chapter in Nebraska have a unique opportunity: They work with other students and community members to manage and operate Cody’s small grocery store, the Circle C Market. FFA advisor Tim Nollette explains how the idea for the grocery store started, and FFA members JT Adamson and Grace Ford talk about what the store means to the town.
