The Glasscock County FFA Chapter in Garden City, Texas, is a small but active chapter. FFA advisor Rusty Hollingworth explains how they have joined with Hunt for Heroes to participate in an annual parade for their local veterans. Chapter members also make metal picture frames for the veterans to show appreciation for their service.

As part of the United States of America Vietnam War Commemoration, we invited Dean and Mary Gagnon to talk about their experiences during the Vietnam War. Dean joined the military in the 1960s and served in Thailand, and Mary was with him there for part of his tour of duty. Both Dean and Mary later worked with FFA in Wisconsin. The FFA Creed, written by Erwin Milton Tiffany, was adopted in 1930 as the official creed of the Future Farmers of America, known today as the National FFA Organization. Mr. Tiffany and the FFA Creed were honored at the 2015 National FFA Convention & Expo for inspiring FFA members for 85 years.
